Everyone! Energetically for this is the true way of things, everything vibrates to a certain frequency.
And you will feel the aches and pains, but this is necessary it is all good, all feeling is good! for we are alive in this moment, sadness and pain is also necessary for without it how would we know happiness and joy? and through our tears and heartaches and anger we grow and we learn, it is all necessary in healing, through feeling we release old hurts, past traumas, suffering, negativity etc and i can tell you it is so worth it!

But watch out as Yoga can soon become very addictive, for through Feeling we are truly Learning to Love and reaching into our Heart centre. After all Love comes through Feeling(s) and not thinking.
Our society it teaches us to think and to have, to be etc, but we must learn to Feel, to be Patient (for the best things always come in time) and we don't have to become someone or be number one at anything for we are already, we only have to tune into our Heart and follow our own path that is all.
If you want peace and love, be peaceful and loving, life is simple but we complicate it way too much, we get easily distracted, when all of the answers are truly inside us.
